My husband and I were fortunate to have RLP paint our condo. Even with a slight miscommunication in color choice, THE CREW (Sylvester, Rob, and Chris2) handled the entire job with the highest level of professionalism. They were timely, tidy, fast, and personable. Never, in 3 days of work, did we have less than 2 men working on our unit. They stayed until the job was not only done but done to our satisfaction. How unique! Btw, Chris was out of town whenour work was scheduled to begin, and Brad (another owner perhaps?) took care of all the details. Brad is calm, cool, and collected and Brad knows paint!

We looked at two other proposals. RLP was neither the most expensive nor the least expensive. Great work was much more important to us than was finding the lowest price. In the end, we won on both issues.

Absolutely loved Chris and the gang! I first got an estimate from the Paint Doc and thought was ridiculously high. Then I found Red Line Painting. Gave him the color selection over the phone and they arrive promptly with the correct color and did a wonderful job.

They went above and beyond in every way. I'll never go anywhere else for my painting needs!!

We really appreciated the thoroughness Chris' team provided. His on-site project managers were always knowledgable, friendly, helpful and creative in problem solving. He was the only painting company we talked to who could provide a long-term solution for maintaining metal decks, which for us, were rusting badly after less than 5 years after construction. Chris was very knowledgable in the materials used to coat the deck and gave us a couple of cost options. His estimates are very thorough, detailed and broken out. Oftentimes, the owner or manager of a business may be very impressive up front, but the follow-through on execution isn't optimal. Chris seems to run a tight team of folks who knew what they were doing, and the instructions/information obviously cascaded down.

We were so impressed that we asked Red Line to also help us repair/repaint our interior areas as well as our rooftop deck (which we tried to stain/weatherseal ourselves very poorly). While I had Chris estimating the rooftop deck refinishing, I asked him if any of the guys could do handywork in adding additional support for railings that were sagging. Of course, with a rooftop deck, it's not like you can nail anything through the roof...everything has to be done with balance. One of his project managers engineered a new support brace on each of the two interior railings that attached to the current deck, but did not damage the roof surface. It was very inventive and prevented us from having to contract someone else! They did a great job on everything. After inspecting the interior work in different lights, we asked them to come back to redo an area. They sent someone within a few days. Their pricing was fair, and we received a nice discount for the interior work after hiring them for our mutual condo association repairs. What I appreciated most out of all of the work was the expertise on multiple surfaces and materials--from wood to metal to drywall...They were able to think outside of the box and provide recommendations for fixing very different types of issues, and sometimes for things that may extend beyond their core business (e.g., the wood deck bracing they built for us). Red Line has cleary done their research, has great experience, hires quality and trustworthy staff. I'm going to have to beg Chris to see if he can accommodate business in the suburbs where we plan to move! I definitely would like to use Red Line again and would recommend them to anyone.

Red Line did everything a good company should do. Courteous, on time, work well done. But they did MUCH more than that. When problems arose, as they always do when working on an older (40 years) Condo Building, Red Line fixed them and actually did not want extra payment! I did not know companies like that existed.
